What personal data this website collects, why, who processes it and what rights you have. It applies to visitors from all countries and follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); the equivalent rights under Brazil's LGPD and Türkiye's KVKK are honoured in the same way.

Data we collect

Personal data is collected only when you send it to us through the quote request form or by e-mail:

  • Name, company, country, e-mail address and, if you give it, quantity information
  • The content of your enquiry, including drawings, photos or other files you attach
  • The page from which the form was sent and the order codes you selected on the size chart
  • The date and time of your message

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, ship samples and carry out the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send marketing e-mails unless you have expressly agreed to receive them.

Quote request form processing

Messages and files sent through the form are transmitted by the form service FormBold, which forwards them to our e-mail address and stores them in our account for delivery and back-up. The service does not use the data for any other purpose. If the form service is unavailable, the form opens your own e-mail program instead and nothing is transmitted through a third party.

Server logs and cookies

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. The hosting provider may store technical access data (IP address, browser type, time of access) in server logs for security purposes and deletes them after a short period.

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in the future, consent will be asked first and this policy updated.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if an order follows, for the retention periods required by commercial and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months.

Disclosure to third parties

Data is passed on only to the service providers needed to process the enquiry – the form service, e-mail and hosting providers, and a carrier for sample shipments. Personal data is not sold.

Your rights

Under the GDPR – and correspondingly under the LGPD (Brazil) and the KVKK (Türkiye) – you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
