About Slidura – cast bronze bushing manufacturer since 2007
Slidura machines plain bearings in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, an hour from Shanghai port. This site covers one product family: solid bushings, flanged bushings and thrust washers machined from continuous-cast and centrifugally cast bronze stock, to ISO 4379 sizes or to your drawing. Wrapped bronze, bimetal, graphite-plugged and metal-polymer bushes are made too, each on its own site; sintered bushes are not.
What we do and for whom
The shop turns and bores copper-alloy stock into bearings: C93200 / SAE 660 and the other leaded tin bronzes, tin and phosphor bronzes, gunmetal, aluminium bronzes and high-strength brass, from Ø3 to Ø1000 mm, with grooves, oil holes, flanges and threads as drawn. Stock is bought as continuous-cast bar and tube and centrifugally cast tube certified to ASTM B505 / B271, EN 1982 or GB/T 1176; the certificate travels with the parts.
Customers are machine builders, pump and valve makers, agricultural and construction OEMs, steel and sugar mills and the distributors and repair shops that serve them, in North America, Europe, Türkiye, Latin America, India, Australia and South-East Asia. Orders range from a single large bush from an old drawing to scheduled series under IATF 16949 with PPAP documentation.

How we make cast bronze bushings
From certified stock to a packed part:
Stock
Continuous-cast bar and tube for bushes to about Ø200 mm, centrifugally cast tube above; alloy and standard per order, certificate checked against the order.
CNC turning and boring
Outside diameter, bore, faces and flange on CNC lathes; large bores on borers; tolerances per ISO 4379 or the drawing.
Grooves, holes, features
Oil grooves G2 – G8 milled or turned, oil holes drilled and deburred, chamfers, keyways and threads as drawn.
Inspection
Bore, outside diameter and length on every batch; CMM report and roughness measurement when specified; visual check for casting defects on every part.
Certificate and packing
Raw-material certificate and, if ordered, the dimensional report; rust preventive, cartons on pallets or crates for large parts; DDP or to your forwarder.
Quality and reports
What comes with the parts and what can be asked for:
- ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified quality system; PPAP level 3 documentation on request
- Raw-material certificate with chemical analysis to the standard ordered (ASTM B505 / B271, EN 1982, GB/T 1176)
- CMM dimensional report per batch on request; surface roughness measurement on request
- RoHS and REACH statements; lead-free alloys (CuSn12, CuSn10P, aluminium bronze) for regulated applications
- Drawing review before machining: tolerances, fits and groove positions confirmed in the quotation
Where we ship
Door-to-door DDP to 30+ countries, or FOB / CIF / DAP to your forwarder from Shanghai or Ningbo. Samples and urgent parts by courier.
