Cast bronze bushings – catalogue and data sheets (PDF)
The site's data in four printable documents, kept in step with the web pages. Open in a new tab, print, or attach to a drawing package. No registration.
Each PDF is built from the same data files as the site, so a value here is the value on the page. Grade properties are typical values per ASTM B505 / B271 and EN 1982; the size chart is ISO 4379; the design and lubrication guide is the practical content of those two pages.

Metric size chart – ISO 4379 sleeve, flanged and thrust washer series
Every standard size with dimensions, lengths, C93200 weight and the order-code rule; tolerances of the bush and the mating parts as ISO 286-2 deviations.
- Sleeve bushings Type C, Ø6 – 200 mm, three walls and three lengths per bore
- Flanged bushings Type F, two flange series
- Thrust washers Ø12 – 200 mm shaft (Slidura series)
- Tolerances E6 / s6 / r6 / d11 / h13 and fits H7 / e7 / e8 / g7 with ISO 286-2 deviations

Design and lubrication guide
Press fit, bore closure, running clearance, wall thickness, installation methods, shaft requirements, grease and oil selection, the eight groove patterns, oil holes and relubrication.
- ISO fit system for bronze bushes with inch equivalents
- Interference and clearance by diameter, worked example
- Press, shrink and adhesive fitting; large diameters

Alloy cross-reference
The designation table of the twelve alloys across UNS, SAE, EN 1982, DIN, BS 1400, JIS, GB/T, ГОСТ and PN, with the false equivalents explained.
- Cross-reference table, twelve alloys × nine systems
- Trade names by market (RG7, LG2, B101, TM 23, bronze grafitado…)
- Equivalents that are not equivalent
- What each designation system encodes
Enquiry template
Not a file – six lines that make a complete enquiry. Copy them into the form or an e-mail:
- Form: sleeve / flanged / thrust washer – or drawing attached
- Dimensions: bore × outside Ø × length (+ flange Ø × thickness), tolerances if known
- Alloy: grade or designation on the drawing, or the duty (load, speed, temperature, medium)
- Grooves / oil hole: G-code and position, or "suggest"
- Quantity: sample and batch; repeat frequency
- Delivery: destination, date needed, certificate standard
Other languages
The PDFs are in English. Web pages are available in Polish, Spanish, Turkish and Brazilian Portuguese via the language switch; the data and order codes are identical in every language.
